Tutorial upgrade is here!

This is the first from a planned series of experimental updates for Joke the Jaker.

• The tutorial has been completely revamped! No more useless trash tutorial :)
• Many graphical and functional bugs have been fixed; from card coloring to destroying walls, the game should now be more pleasant.
• Level rewards have also been improved.
• Ctrl-click override to auto-confirm popups

In the future, we plan to try out:

• upgrading the PCG levels,
• adding more cards, jokers and achievements,
• reworking the camera,
• several graphics improvements,
• and a bunch of more things.
